While attempting to install Java , the installation seems to stop and the progress window message 'Copying new files' appears for a long period of time.

This behavior might occur either if there is slow connection or if connection is lost between download server and requesting node. We are still investigating the root cause of this issue.

1. Download/Install Java using the Offline option
2. Restart the download, and allow extra time for it to complete the download and installation process.
